This App will help to register PDI & Field Complaints having below mentioned features :-
4.1 Any Technician/CCM can register dealer wise PDI and Field complaint through App.
4.2 Automatic FTR generation through App.
4.3 Month wise FTR Report can be checked.
4.4 All product FTR can be prepared.
4.5 Pictures & Videos can be added in complaint (Max. 5 Photos can be added and 1 Video can be added)
4.6 We can also highlight Multi causes in same FTR.
4.7 Points like – Chassis No, Engine No, HMR , Complaint type , Complaint Part name & Number , Complaint description , Cause of problem , Action taken needs to be updated to create FTR.
