This is an app to hack your fitness. Whenever you are in a phone meeting, watching a webinar, or any other kind of boring office task, you can use this app to remind you to exercise. For example, set it to remind you to squat 5 times every 2 minutes and by the end of a 1 hour meeting you will have squatted up to 150 times! Then do calf raises, pushups, or whatever else on the next day!
