PSCN230 is the electronic signature platform of the PSC Notary 230 SC.
The Ministry of Economy accredits providers of Advanced Electronic Signature services, called Certification Service Providers (PSC), regulated by the Commercial Code and its specific regulations.
The PSC Notary 230, is accredited by the Ministry of Economy in the services of Records of Conservation of Data Messages in accordance with NOM151-SCFI-2016, Digital Time Stamping and Digitization of documents in accordance with NOM151-SCFI-2016 .
Through the use of Advanced Electronic Signature in the celebration of commercial acts by electronic means, issued by a Certification Service Provider, legal certainty and computer security are granted.
PSCN230 allows you to use the Advanced Electronic Signature (FIEL) in an easy and secure way so that the information is protected at all times.
This app has the ability to:
• To be able to collect the FIEL of each signatory in a personalized way.
• Create and configure files containing N documents to sign easily and simply.
• Add signatories, reviewers or observers that the document needs to be signed, in addition
• Define a character at the time of signing such as: Author, Party, Legal Representative, Witness and Interpreter.
• Control the monitoring of the collection of signatures.
• Validate the FIEL against the signer's RFC
• Verify the validity of the FIEL at the time of signing.
• Sign documents stored in the local repository, iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
• Simple Electronic Signature (Autograph) for reviewers
• Comments on the document to be signed
