About 6 tygodniowy trening uważności

The 6-week mindfulness training is part of the study conducted under the Maestro grant (awarded by the National Science Center) obtained by Dr. Agnieszka Golec de Zavala, Faculty of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, WZ in Poznań. Dr hab. Golec de Zavala is also the manager of this project. The study examines the psychological effects of daily mindfulness practice over a period of 6 weeks.

The training consists of daily practice of mindfulness for 10-20 minutes depending on the week.
