RDO App

The RDO App has been designed to help RDOs implement Syngenta’s RISQ program for selected growers. The App has two modes –
- RDO Manager
- RDO

RDO Manager can:
- Approve/Reject RDO registration request
- Assign Lab to RDO
- Review RISQ Services any RDO is working on
- Provide RDO Feedback
- Replace RDO with another RDO
- Deactivate an RDO
- Edit RDO Capacity

RDO can:
- View associated Lab and Talukas
- Register Grower for RISQ service
- Approve RISQ request for select growers
- Work through RISQ service through its workflow
o Enter Sample Collection Date
o Enter Report Submission Date
o Take picture of Report and upload in app
o Save GPS coordinates when on field
o Enter First and Sequential Brand(s) applications
o Take Service Rating from grower and save in the app; marking it as Closed
- View feedback provided by RDO Manager
