1. Quickly submit a service request for our service department to respond
2. View all the requests submitted and see the status of each request
3. Shortcut to call service directly from the "Home" screen
4. Shortcut to email service from the "About" screen
By Default: Demo mode is turned on for full access to the application

Demo mode can be turned on and off in the about tab. After demo mode use, the use can contact via the direct call or email within the app to setup and validate user credentials to use the application in production mode.
