T2 Field Services App is a tool for parking operators designed to help technicians and other parking field services personnel track and report on their repair, maintenance, and installation tasks. With the app a user can create new work orders, review assigned work orders, and update work orders. Users can also create relationships between an asset (such as a paystation) and a sub-asset (such as a keypad in a paystation) to track when a sub-asset is installed/removed. This app ties directly into the T2 Flex Asset Management module.
This easy-to-use app requires little more than an Android device, allows for centralized application configuration, and is backed by the strength of T2 Flex.
