Masar Kafa'a is an integrated system for automating administrative communication processes at the University of Jeddah, where the system manages correspondence, archives documents, follows-up transactions issued and incoming from the various authorities at the university, and implements the necessary procedures for it, including display, referral, follow-up, and adding electronic signatures in accordance with the standards of the Yesser program and more.
