President William Ruto on Friday launched the Talanta Hela initiative which is meant promote youth's creativity and talents.
The initiative has been digitised following the launch of an application which will ease the process of scouting for creatives, nurture them and monetisation their skills.
The app is available on Play Store for android users and App Store for Apple users.
