About LE MET’ Transport à la demande
Official application of the transport demand service network THE MET (Metz Métropole transport network).
Through the application MAKES TAD, you can:
• register for the service
• book your trips to move to the various lines of the network that offer courses on reservation
• modify or cancel your reservations
You can book your trip:
• up to 1 month in advance and no later than the day before 19h for your trips planned the next day before 10 am
• Saturday before 19h for your Sunday trips (or holidays) and Monday before 10am
• 2 hours before departure time for your travel on the day after 10h and 19h before
In the case of a transport following a public holiday, the reservation must be made the last working day before 19h
You can change or cancel your trip:
• for a planned trip by 10am at the latest the day before 19h (Saturday to Monday and the last business day before a holiday)
• for a planned trip after 10am, cancellation is possible until 2 hours before departure
To facilitate travel, we invite you to present 5 minutes prior to booking schedule indicated.
This service is open to anyone with a ticket from THE MET. If you do not have one, please prepare extra to give you a ticket "1 or 2 journeys" of aid from the driver.
