RESERVATION. Book the car via app or web.
PICK. Pick up the car booked by reading the qrCode with your phone or entering the license plate number directly from your app. Alternatively you can withdraw the car also using the Arezzo card electronic card enabled for the service.
RENTAL START. Now that the car is picked up, check the conditions of the car with the App and start the car using the keys inside the car!
GUIDE. While driving, you are always connected to the system. In case of need or unforeseen circumstances, you can send a request for assistance via the app or by calling the support number directly.
RELEASE: At the end of your rental, park the car in the permitted areas. Check the vehicle conditions via app, put the keys and get out of the car. End the rental via app by framing the qr-code.

MY DRIVE: see all the data of the active reservation and the remaining rental time.
TRAVEL LIST: you can check your trip history.
MAP: geolocate on map the parking areas for collection and return.
TOUR: a virtual tour with the steps to follow to start and finish the rental.
