I forgot my phone & tried to call the cab company from someone else's phone and was told there's no record of me being picked up. After I gave my number & address. The drivers ALWAYS say their pick-up every time they pick me up. So basically they lie & the drivers are allowed to keep whatever you forget or give it back. DONT FORGET ANYTHING because you won't get it back. One person forgot 3 things & had a law suit against Billy Cab. In order to get their stuff back.
