Language is one of the foundations of Tsay Keh Dene culture. Our language holds our stories, songs, dances, protocols, family histories and connections. Therefore, over the last decades, Sekani language revival efforts are being made to keep our language - a fundamental and valued element of our culture - alive.

The application serves two main purposes. First, it functions as a repository for the language and developed content. Secondly, the app encourages and motivates users to engage in learning the Sekani language. The app is unique in many senses and areas including its dictionary structure that aligns with the grammar of the language, leveling system, used symbols, logos, icons, etc. The application has been uniquely customized for the Tsay Keh Dene Nation and at the moment, only Tsay Keh band members are authenticated to use the application.
