About DIMS Customer
Logging incidents and waiting for replies until days is a thing of the past. DIMS Application allows you to easily log in a service request against any of your IT assets in contract with us, get instant Status and notification of those requests in real time.
Here a short guide on how you can use the application
The first step is to log in the app and register yourself with us. You will enter your details such as name, email address and phone number to get yourself registered on the application.
The system will authenticate your domain name with our customer records and active contract details. After authentication, the user will be allowed to login.
Once you log in to the application, you will see a personalised dashboard on your screen. The dashboard will update you with the status of all your service requests - if they are on hold, in progress, unassigned, or assigned to engineer.
You can also search for the status of a particular request in the search bar, by simply entering the asset serial number or the asset service request in the search bar.
To log in a new service request the user has to enter the asset serial number, add asset category, attach a photo or description.
Once the request is logged, it will automatically be assigned to one of our service departments based on factors such as location, issue category etc.
The service request will be resolved remotely and if not, then an engineer will be assigned based on factors like issue category,skill set and location.
After an engineer is assigned, our customer will get a notification regarding engineer details
Customers can track the status of the engineer from the application itself.
After the issue is resolved, users can also share feedback on the application.
