HubOne is a visual assistance tool for your mobile phone and for the portal that is associated to the app.
HubOne was designed to allow field employees and or customers the ability to stream live video of the insured property or job site. All information is then deposited and stored in the HubOne portal for record keeping which can assist in claim settlement and or general discussion with proof gathering documentation. Additionally, HubOne allows Claim Reps to view, stream and record video of the damaged property while speaking to the customer. All records are kept in the HubOne Portal.
Portal Features:
• The ability to manage the light on the user’s phone from the portal
