Program Tekhnotorg TSD - is a solution for mobile phones and data collection terminals (TSD) on the Android platform, which is designed to collect the quantity of goods (and not only), by reading bar codes and eject the collected data in XML / XLS file format.
Scheme of Tekhnotorg TSD program is as follows:
1. You register your DropBox account. In the "Settings" menu you are linking your account DropBox to the program. Now, the program sees all the files that are in your DropBox.
2. Help in the "Download XML XLS templates" you download the form "Bases of goods", which is necessary to stick to the program know, with what goods it works.
3. You prepare the base of data of goods and load the database in the program. To do this, in the main menu there is a button after downloading the database at the top of the main menu, the program will show how many items found in the database.
4. To carry out the collection of data, you go to the menu item "Data acquisition" and embark on the work. To specify the number of items collected. Click Next.
5. You will be able to view the main menu item "collect" your collected items.
6. To upload data from the program Tekhnotorg TSD in XLS or XML file, you press the button, specify a file name and press "Send". The file gets into DropBox folder on your PC.
7. Subsequently, the file upload you can use in your accounting program. To integrate Tekhnotorg TSD with 1C: Enterprise 8 (1C: Retail, 1C: Trade Management and other programs), click Help in the "Integration with 1C."
