The VISU platform is a seamless access control platform, specially designed to ease the movement of visitors in and out of an organization that entertain a high volume of visitors and at the same time provide needed security.
The Platform helps to eliminate the conventional way of sending names of an expected visitor to the gate using a visitor’s form and a messenger. This method is out of date and unsecured.
Using the VISU platform, the gate is notified of an impending visit. On arrival of the visitor, the security at the gate prints a visitor receipt and check in the visitor. A visitor leaving the complex must check out unless his name or picture will be flagged at the security. This entails that the gate already has a notification with the name and phone number of the visitor before he/ she arrives.
