The present application developed by the Parliamentary Office of Deputy Carlos Abel Jarpa, representative in the hemicycle of District 19, corresponding to the Ñuble region, based on the information provided by the National Congress Library seeks to approach and promote the inclusion of this segment of the population through a new digital tool that discloses the main laws passed in the National Congress in audioley format and sign language.
