Everyone can write and answer questions.

In order to write a question, you have to answer a certain percentage of the questions.

The user's tier is determined by the percentage of their answers, and the colors shown are different.
Tiers exist for two sections, Answer / Write.

To see what answers someone has chosen for a question
You can only check if you have answered the question yourself.

This means you have to show who you are first.

You can check the rank of all users, or search through nicknames.
You can also send messages to people you care about.
