About The Best Tai Chi Technique
There are several streams in Tai Chi martial arts. But at Fitness First, Jaeni combined several streams, such as Yang (common in Indonesia), Chen, and Wu. Here are the four types of flow.
Chen-style
Tai Chi flow Chen, is the oldest type of flow in Tai Chi martial that was inherited by Chen Wangting. The striking thing about Chen's flow was sudden speed and explosive power, compared to some other schools. because at first, Chen's stream was devoted to fighting enemies who used armor when fighting.
the style
Yang flow is the most popular and most widely practiced stream of Tai Chi now, this is the second oldest school after Chen brought by Yang Lu-ch'an. this stream eliminates also the explosive nature of the Chen school because the use of armor on the warriors begins to diminish.
Wu (hao) -style
This flow is actually quite rare, if given a rating, this flow occupies the fifth position in terms of popularity. Wu's stream emphasizes small movements that focus on balance.
Wu-style flow is different from the previous Wu line. Wu's flow is the second most popular stream after Yang. Wu's school focuses on the techniques of slamming, throwing, jumping, brooming techniques, and joint locks, which are taught in addition if they have reached the advanced level.
sun-style
the flow of sun is the flow of Tai Chi which is famous for the smoothness of its flowing movements, eliminating the ducking and energetic jumps of the previous streams. Its soft posture and high horses make it suitable for self-defense therapy.
