About The Pocketpal
The Pocketpal is there when employees need it most. It eliminates confusion that causes poor decisions, expensive and time-consuming claims issues, and, ultimately, employee dissatisfaction with their benefits.
The Details
The Pocketpal contains benefit plan details, personal documents, and important resources like carrier websites and phone numbers. It stores their benefit ID cards and plan-specific information about doctors, facilities, pharmacies and prescription drugs. There is a place for keeping notes, plus specific resource information and key contacts in the event employees have questions about their benefits.
Employers can add custom buttons for things like telemedicine, prescription drug discount sites, and other information they want to share with employees and their dependents. The Pocketpal also has a built-in-message center allowing employers to communicate with employees using push notifications.

I don't like this app. It keeps kicking me out when I get to the photo cards section. It takes me all the way to create account and doesn't recognize the company ID. I have to uninstall and start over only to kicked out at the section. Useless.

I can't open and view my paycheck stub that my company linked to this app. The rest of the app on I never use.

My doctors office sent a link. It requires birth date, but the it says I can't logon or c something. I go to thecapl directly to create an account and it shoes a different company. Very confusing.

This app is totally useless. It ask for my username and password. Kind of hard to do since I am not able to register. No way to recover you information. I uninstalled the app and will not try to use it again, no matter how much the company pushes it. Especially after reading the other reviews. UPDATE: I did contact Chip directly to get this set up. I apologized, I didn't know that the company was supposed to supply the user name and password. Also told him I would like to have this app for a "what if situation". I will update my rating at this time because of the contact from Chip. As I was editing this review Chip contacted me with his phone number. Wow, that was so quick. I tried downloading again, using information user/name and password for benefits, I got in. Thanks Chip.
