Tellspec's Fruit QC technology helps food retailers and fruit producers make informed decisions on the quality of fruits, to reduce food waste and improve the bottom line. The parameters detected are Brix, Titratable Acidity (TA), Juice ratio, and Vitamin C.

The testing is non-destructive, unlike testing of fruits using a refractometer or a titrator, and results are received in seconds. A report in PDF format is also generated for each fruit batch tested for record keeping purposes. You can also export the underlying data.
