Tempus Personnel Management - the time recording app for stationary time recording on the tablet.
From now on, users of Vetstage Personnel Management can use the time recording APP for the tablet.
A passcode, signature and photo as an identity check are available for login control.
The app includes the following functions:
- Time clock with break recording
- Punch in for project-based times possible
- Activities can easily be swapped
- Employees can be displayed sorted by duty roster, alphabetically or by presence
- In the event of WLAN interruptions, working times will continue to be recorded and saved locally.
Please note that the employee concerned must be activated by the administrator in order to use the time clock function.
Activate this function as an administrator in the personnel administration in the employee profile / master data / further settings "Show employees on the tablet".
