Digihos or digital hospitality is an application that is used for apartment TENANT or HOLDERS who have collaborated with PT Telkom.
With the Digihos application, it can facilitate interaction between users and BM in carrying out daily activities in an Apartment, not only Billing and Merchants, but all supporting activities in the Apartment. With the tagline "make it better life with di Gihos" make a digital experience for current Apartment customers.
The menu can be accessed as follows:
Home (profiling tenant): the main page on the application, users can view information such as, building tenant information, monthly bills to be paid and information on disruptions.
Information System: users can know in real time anywhere and anytime what information is being applied for an apartment, for example: News, Event and Promo Unit Apartments.
Merchant System: the user can see what facilities / stores are available on the commercial building in the apartment, special promos that are valid for certain periods
Billing: users can see the billing history that has been paid or not paid and the billing components paid
Trouble Ticket: the user can report a disturbance on this page, either operational, billing or other disruptions.
History Ticket: Users can see the progress of the report that has been submitted, along with photos that are evident from the progress that has been done any time anytime.
