The journey started in 2012 when a small group of teachers, teacher trainers and ELT managers gathered in İzmir to share their professional development practices from their own institutions and join forces. This group was later called “T-PLUS” (Professional Learning and Unlimited Sharing of Trainers) and functioned as a non-profit professional organization with the mission of contributing to the development of teacher training and in-service professional learning in the university sector.
