About Novene & S.Pio

Every day the liturgical calendar offers opportunities to the faithful to ask the grace and the help of the Lord for themselves and for their loved ones, through the intercession of Jesus, the Virgin St. Mary, the saints and blessed who testified with their living the Gospel. Novenas, Tridua, litanies, prayers and invocations various, associated with the calendar holidays, however, are difficult to master and remember just using a calendar or agenda, but the agenda of the smartphone. This app, although not complete, can automatically handle many of these recurrences, suggesting to the faithful prayers that in today's day should be recited. There are four sections: 1) the daily thoughts of St. Pius, one for each day of the year, to read and meditate carefully, for the depth from which are characterized; 2) novenas, ie the prayers to be recited 9 days preceding a liturgical recurrence, with triduums (by reciting the previous three days); 3) today's festivities with their prayers; 4) prayers, prayers that may be associated or less of the date hereof. The app reads the current date and returns only the prayers prescribed for that day.

The material has been prepared by Federico Di Carlo, and is continuously updated and improved. The updates of the app will transpose both requests to improve the user interface, and the integration of the material with new parties, celebrations and prayers. Future versions will include new features such as the Internet update the database of occasions, the URL of the management tasks associated with the Saints remember the prayers, notes and other information we have at the moment neglected.
