Main functions of the application:
1. Support staff to check the quality of handover items in the handed over apartment, create item editing requests, edit comments and take over the handover items.
2. Support handover staff to hand over customers, create edit requests, edit comments for handover items, save customer requests, support customers to sign and receive on the application.
3. Support the Repair department to see the edit request and update the status.
