Transactions failed, no support I transferred a total of ₦2,150 to Otapay to fund my wallet (₦2,050 + ₦100). All transactions failed, I cannot log in, and customer care did not respond via phone or WhatsApp. The app is unreliable. I am waiting for a refund.
