would give negative or no stars i would! They received about 40 items from me. They kept them for four months, & then returned all of them except my Burberry scarf. when I inquired they said it was never received. All the clothes I got back had their tags on them. So I'm sure the listed & tried to sell my items for the four months. Then returned all but my scarf giving me nothing but the dust bags each piece was in!!

Stress. TRR ended up taking 4 of my Bags. They then go to Authentication. Takes forever. Once they are listed, the Description and price are displayed. I had to run after any one who could help, as I found 2 of the Descriptions nothing like the Bags condition. I left messages and called a Store to send a message. Finally, the Descriptions were fixed. The prices were low, but Fair. My 2 Bags sold right away. Upon seeing what I would receive, more running around. I choose not to use TRR again.
