To access all features and content you can subscribe to ANDA by Abby Pollock on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

Love waking up and working out with Abby! Her and her team have created fun and challenging workouts that incorporate both strength and mobility. I love that you can make the work out fit your engery, with Abby always encouraging you to listen to your body and to give it what it needs for that day.

I love the workouts like many others, but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. I paid for a year service on memorial day (1 month ago) and wasn't able to access any of the content after I switched off my normal monthly billing. Emailed the customer service many times, sent messages on insta, no response. I would love to be able to access the content that I paid for! Super frustrating.

I've been using the app for a little over a year now. I've learned so much from these workouts, because not only is she doing them with you, but she's walking you through proper form, breathing, and control throughout. this has been invaluable for me during pregnancy and postpardum. Working out is one thing, but learning to do it CORRECTLY is a whole different thing.

Love that there is a weekly plan as well as different sections based on type of workout you feel like doing that day. All is follow along with Abby herself so no constantly clicking on the screen and getting confused about the next step
