The purpose of the game:
Win the game by providing the same characters (XXX -OOO) in rows, columns or diagonals.
Game Rules:
It is decided who will start the game and which symbol will be used. (Methods such as coin flip / rock-paper-scissors can be used.)
One of the players must use the symbol X and the other the O symbol.
At the end of the game, the player who places 3 identical symbols in a row wins the game.
If 3 identical symbols are not lined up at the end of the game, the game is drawn.
