About the project “Application for smartphones“ Tyva chachyldar ”(“ Tuvan traditions ”)
In modern Tuva, many customs have lost their relevance due to changes in rhythm and lifestyle, as well as under the influence of historical factors. But many customs and traditions, on the contrary, are reborn from oblivion. These are customs, for example, related to the birth of a child and carrying out a hylbyk. It has become fashionable to hold a traditional Tuvan wedding in the national wedding clothes of the bride and groom, in compliance with the main stages of the traditional wedding ceremony. National holidays such as Shagaa and Naadim are reborn. All this testifies to the keen interest, first of all, of the young generation in their native language, history and traditions of their people.
Modern youth spends their free time in smartphones. Analyzing the applications, we noticed that they are mostly entertaining in nature and do not contain useful information. Therefore, for a more effective implementation of the Tuvan traditions in the youth environment, it is necessary to create an application for smartphones “Tuva chačyldar / Tuvan traditions”.
In this application there will be such relevant sections as “Shagaa”, “Doylar”, “Dagylgalar”, “Tyva Chener”, “Tuva Oyunnar”, “Tuva Ug”. Having entered the “Shagaa” section, young people can learn, for example, about the history of the Shagaa celebration, the sacred and practical meaning of rites and rituals.
