tiketic is a ticket tracking software.Various users of our Software systems inside organisations and external users like our customers, can use this system for raising a ticket for an issue faced or for new feature suggestions or for better performance suggestions.
These tickets can be raised in our “tiketic” software. Then the ticket will be assigned to concerned departments / persons for further action and closed after the work is completed to the satisfaction of the person who raised it.One can also track the ticket in the system to see the progress.
And the dashboard allows SAPL management to monitor performance across board, drilling down to individual tickets..Employee can mark there attendance and check there tray on mobile and update service,allocate issue, create new issue, create child issue against the issue and track issue through the mobile application
