Tikun is a Hebrew word that means correction or repair of our soul. The concept of Tikkun reveals the kind of decisions we made in past lives and the ones we should make in this life.

The Tikun is a chain of enriching experiences, where nothing is the result of chance, everything has an order. There are places in this world where anything is possible, including evil. Each Tikun is carefully planned before birth and every Tikun obeys a reason. No one is rich, poor, black, slave, blind, crippled, or king by chance. No one lives the experiences that they have to live simply because, or because of a whim of nature.

We are all equal and important and we all have a mission in life. We all walk in the same direction even if it doesn't seem like it. No Tikun is reprehensible, each one of us has a mission and a destiny. Every man and woman chooses their Tikun before they are born.

By understanding our personal Tikun we can:

- Identify our past weaknesses.
- Recognize the baggage we bring from previous lives.
- Avoid obstacles and detours that delay our progress towards the Light.
- Overcome our deepest fears.
- Achieve to be "all that we can become" in the deepest sense.
