About Таймер тренировки

Whether you are boxing, MMA, UFC, kickboxing, full contact karate, Muay Thai k1, or completely other sports this is the app for you!
All training programs offer themselves for you:
- 3 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute rest (K1)
- 5 rounds of 3 minutes with 2 minutes rest (Muay Thai)
- 12 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute rest (Box Pro)
It is up to you to schedule (programs) your activities with this timer, as you think better and especially with the rhythm and according to your level. It is important to have an entrainer regularly!
