"GIO Mailroom PODS" is a project that was born from the purpose of exchanging printed thanks for digital ones, thus contributing to the economy of paper. For this, software was developed for Android devices and new functionalities were added to the GIO.
Through this tool we will be able to attribute the trays to their corresponding tracks and the pending acknowledgments of assignment will automatically appear on the Tablet. At the beginning of a shoot we will download all the information with two thanks and at the end we will send the submissions to the GIO, where they will be registered.
