You can:
- view the balance;
- independently activate the "Promised payment";
- top up with the same;
- manage the contracts and services;
- view the statistics on payments and traffic;
- contact the technical support;
- receive important notifications.

To use the application requires a valid contract with the "Telecom IPC."
