- Assign Technician to ticket
- Manage all the tickets and technicians

Service Technician
- Complete the ticket
- Enter time logs, notes, images
- Fill the service report and submit
- A PDF report will be generated after completing service ticket

Operator
- Can create service tickets

Both Maintenance Supervisor and Service Technician can view already completed ticket details and the service report in pdf format.
