MINIATURE Pintxos Congress, an initiative of the Gonzalez brothers of the Hotel La Casa del Patrón Murgia, is the annual appointment with the best chefs in pintxos. The congress, which started in 2014 in the Alava town, give a qualitative leap next year, taking place at the Palacio de Congresos Europa of Vitoria, between 6 and 8 March 2017.
About 400 delegates and thirty speakers, national and international level, converted to Vitoria in the capital of gastronomy, and this event professional, framed within the Club Product Euskadi Gastronomika, one of the major industry events.
Miniature Pintxos Congress includes, besides the Congress, a full program of activities aimed at both the professional sector and the general public in order to bring and enjoy pintxos with the celebration of experiential dinners, hiking pintxos, technical demonstrations, workshops live aimed at both adults and children and girls ... in addition, Miniature annually recognizes one of our chefs their work, receiving the award in previous editions Enrique Fuentes, the Toloño of Vitoria-Gasteiz; Diego Guerrero, the DStage Concept, Madrid and Gonzalo Anton, the restaurant Zaldiaran.
