TOMY (Local Health Units) are Primary Health Care Services, which are staffed by a small interdisciplinary health team. These units are the new "cell" of the National Health System (NHS) around which the entire public health system is reorganized.
Their primary mission is to provide quality PMI services to their population of responsibility (10,000-12,000 people). The citizens, belonging to the population of the responsibility of the Zoomi, are listed in the relevant list. The units are responsible for ensuring accessibility and continuity of care, as well as for providing safe, effective, holistic and quality human-centered health care. Such groups are more likely to succeed in caring and a close relationship with the community.

• 4 General Doctors or Pathologists
• 1 Paediatrician
• 2 Nurses and 2 Health Visitors
• 1 Social Officer
• 2 Administrators
