About Tonik Brain Club
Tonik Brain Club App is an online learning platform for the delivery of Tonik training programs, learning and development programs and for communication of process changes to the employees.
This software will have courses published of which most of them are proprietary and confidential to Tonik Bank. The various courses would be comprised of topics from Training Programs, Soft Skills, Leadership Skills & many other subjects. These courses are critical to equip employees to perform their daily duties in a competitive, challenging & changing environment.
Learn:
New Courses:
Displays the list of all the assigned courses (mandatory courses) and public courses which are available for the learners.
On Going Courses:
Ongoing courses refers to courses that learners are currently enrolled in and actively participating in. These courses are not yet completed and are in progress.
Due Soon:
Due soon courses refers to courses or assignments within courses that have upcoming deadlines. These items require the learner's immediate attention to complete on time.
Classroom Training:
Classroom training courses refer to in-person or virtual instructor-led sessions where learners attend scheduled trainings. These courses typically involve direct interaction with the instructor and peers in a structured learning environment.
Compliances:
Compliances are the courses, certificates or trainings which are mandatory for the learners/users to complete as per their job roles mapped in the LMS. There are pre-defined courses/programs/Classroom Trainings which are needed to be completed or the certificates which are required to be achieved or obtained by the learners to comply with their job roles.
Collaboration Module
Collaboration items is a module where the administrator can create announcements, discussion forums, surveys, FAQ’s, news, blogs. It initiates free flow of information and healthy discussion among users, mentors, and trainers.
Conversation Module:
A conversation forum is a general term for any online "bulletin board" where learners can leave and expect to see responses to messages they have left or can just read the forum.
Survey Module:
During the creation of a survey in LMS, four types of questions can be added. These include Multiple Choice, Descriptive, Multiple Response, and True & False.
