1 ----- The editorial line of TQ5 and its commitments
TQ5 is a general-interest television channel of Kabyle expression. It aims to disseminate
programs that reflect the core values of Kabyle society and will thus contribute to
development and dissemination of Kabyle culture, language and identity through the
Kabylie, the land of Amazighs (North Africa) and around the world.
TQ5 is a space of free expression and independent of any political allegiance,
religious or ideological. It is an open space on the world and embraces the
universal and progressive values, including equality between men and women
women, freedom of expression and opinion, respect for diversity, tolerance and

2 ----- Broadcasting
TQ5 delivers comprehensive and innovative content that aims to inform, educate, entertain and
alphabetize in the Kabyle language according to the ancestral and universal values that are the

Kabyle and all Amazigh peoples. It is meant to be a link between all
Kabyles, in Kabylie and on the five continents.

TQ5 are committed to working within the guiding principles and rules of

-TQ5 ensures that the collection and presentation of news and information is
accurate, in accordance with internationally recognized standards of objective journalism.

infringement of this inalienable right.

To achieve its objectives, TQ5 Media produces audiovisual programs and
cinematographic services and offers information, promotion and visibility services to its
business and economic partners. The range of its activities is diversified and
summarized according to the choice of emission frames that are:
-New carriers on local, national and international events.
-A broadcasts on various topics that include analyzes or debates, broadcasts
public affairs, news magazines and documentaries.
- Reports and covers of conferences, congresses and political debates.
