Şafak Öncü Educational Institutions was established on May 5, 2004, with the outstanding efforts of Guidance and Psychological Counselor Kahraman Şafak, who devoted himself to education.
It has made a name for itself in education and training life with the main aim of raising individuals who are loyal to the basic principles of the Republic, who have internalized Atatürk's principles and reforms, who use their mother tongue well from nation to universal, who have a good command of world languages, and who aim for a better world. Şafak Öncü Educational Institutions, which continues its way with the classroom, study center, Cambridge Language Education Center, Menar Mental Arithmetic Provincial Representative, has been continuing its way as Şafak Öncü College since January 2015.
