TradeOff is a multilateral platform that connects the supply and demand of labor in the agricultural sector. It allows to select activities of the sector that require labor, according to the preferences of activity, schedule, location and payment, of the provider. It tells the provider when the Customer has accepted their service and allows them to rate the Customer.
