With the design of this technical intervention through the project entitled “Express Auxiliary for the Deaf”, all this in order to strengthen the competencies of children with deaf and blind people from the west of the Benemérito pro-blind and deaf committee in Guatemala, which facilitated the space to design the present project, which will surely be an advance for the development of special capacities through the use of technology that allows the full development of every human being, without any discrimination.
