REQUIREMENTS
TrainerRoad for Android supports the most popular flagship Android devices
OS: Android 7 Nougat and higher
Connection: Bluetooth Smart, ANT+ and ANT+ FE-C
NOTES
TrainerRoad for Android supports Bluetooth Smart, ANT+ and ANT+ FEC. Some devices are ANT+ compatible on their own, but may require ANT plugins installed from the Google Play store before they’re ready to use. Other devices may require an ANT+ adapter. Fortunately, some of these devices work with existing ANT+ adapters from your computer and an additional USB-C or phone-specific USB adapter.
Given the various ways TrainerRoad for Android communicates via ANT+, some devices may have stronger signals than others. If you’re having difficulty using a native ANT+ device, you may need an adapter to train normally.

Too many issues. Poor instructions. Poor support Can't set or manually correct the most important factor - FTP. Schedules training days without asking availability. Never had one good workout. AI set FTP at 150-Ramp Test next day gave 189 AI now predicts 154 next month if I train withTR! Better to drink beer and rest.

This is a great app. I started using it to recover from a broken pelvis. It's very effective, I wish I'd had it when I was younger but even at 63 I'm building my FTP. One plea to the developers, please change the post workout effort rating from 5 levels to 10. Having each level cover 20% of 0 to 100% is far too coarse. I am sure your AI workout selection and FTP assessment would be improved by having a finer scale. You use a scale of 0-10 in other areas of the app, why not everywhere?
