The companion app allows existing TMS users the same shipment visibility and functionality as the CarrierPoint website.

The CarrierPoint app is available to any carrier providing service to a CarrierPoint shipper. If you have a user account on the CarrierPoint website, use the same credentials to access the mobile app. For new user setup, contact the CarrierPoint administrator at your company to request access.
Note: CarrierPoint is not a public load board. Each shipper controls which carriers and contacts are able to view and respond to their shipments.

Every time I use it and to make it work I have to delete the app and reinstall each time. This app sucks!

Very poor, this is a MUST USE APP as my customer is using you for dispatch, I had it downloaded,slow and all the information I needed was not showing up. Logged out and couldn't log back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, still cannot log in. Called customer service, they say it works on their end, nothing more they can do.

Very very slow. Assigns loads to me I do not take! Other app was more user friendly.
