TraumApp is a mobile application created to streamline your medical consultations, schedule appointments, manage your patients, Create reports and export them to Excel or PDF.
It is an application for all health professionals who need to digitally manage their medical offices and provide excellent service to their patients.
It has 3 main modules:
Patients: You will be able to manage your patients as well as their personal files and their medical history in a very simple way! It has various functions that will make the management of your patients faster.
Calendar: You will be able to organize your future medical consultations and keep a record of previous appointments with this tool which will allow you to schedule and update the medical appointments of your patients. It should be noted that you can notify your patients by WhatsApp at the touch of a button! It can be highlighted:
- Simple calendar with indicators to be aware of the days of consultation.
- Schedule appointments and assign them to a patient.
- Appointment status can be updated, whether the patient attended or was absent from their medical appointment.
Forms: In this section, there are 9 different types of forms, each one is tailor-made for each affected area, these forms are for:
- Elbow.
- Hips.
- Lumbar spine.
- Dorsal column.
- Cervical spine.
- Shoulder.
- Hand.
- Knee.
- Foot / Ankle.
Each of these forms are unique as they have detailed sections based on the information they require. In addition, after completing the form, an automated history will be generated which you can edit to your liking and add details to the patient's history. This report can be saved, exported to PDF or if your device is connected to a printer, print it and everything from TraumApp!
TraumApp can be personalized by allowing you to add the medicines you use in your recipes. In addition, by being able to have a list of the medical insurances with which you usually work and assign them to your patients.
You can change your information at any time you want. Also, TraumApp has a dark mode that can be activated or deactivated from the configuration section. We recommend using it for battery saving and visual comfort.
TraumApp has a Registration Mode, if you enter this mode you will only have basic functions such as registration of new patients and updating of appointments of the day. The Registration Mode is designed so that patients can enter their data the first time they attend the consultation and they can update their medical appointment themselves.
