When it comes to groups traveling together, there's no better app than the TravL App. TravL is a premium mobile app built to organize and manage group trips while on-the-go. Perfect for field trips, mission or service trips, band trips, performance travel, and corporate incentive trips. Designed by teachers and parents who know how important it is to provide and communicate details of a group trip to everyone - leaders, chaperones, students, even parents back home. Technology is great until it isn't but in this case it's just great. With TravL everyone knows where they're supposed to be and when they're supposed to be there. All the information is at your fingertips. It's like 3 apps in one.
What does the TravL App do?
Download the app and create an account.
Create a trip. Start with this. Enter the name of the trip, start date and duration and just like that you're ready to roll. Include a brief “purpose of the trip” and “code of conduct” if you choose.
Share the trip’s join code with everyone attending the trip plus parent’s or guardians who aren’t traveling with the group. Parents get to “come along” on the trip and they'll have peace of mind when their kids are hundreds of miles away from home.
Create the Itinerary and easily add each day’s activities. Assignments can be added if an activity requires one.
Build the roster. As attendees join the trip using their code, they are categorized initially as “TravLers” but the Trip Coordinator can change their status to “Chaperone” or “Leader.” Students can also be assigned to specific Chaperones, so everyone knows who is responsible for who.
Send Messages to anyone or everyone. Keep everyone in the loop. Push notifications make sure everyone sees their message.
Capture and share photos. This is a fun way to capture moments of the trip for everyone to see – especially parents back home.
