Trejnisto delivers just-in-time coaching! You can set up a private team group, and within that group, you can:
- deliver immediate coaching messages;
- engage your team in providing feedback, refinement to coaching messages;
- receive suggestions for coaching needs; and
- monitor - on a pulse basis - the moods of your team members.

Trejnisto is a simple, mobile-only coaching toolset intended to drive better human performance and troubleshoot, on demand, requests from team members for process or best practice insight from their coach.
